The CORVUS Open Standards architecture is the foundational framework on which all of the CORVUS software and hardware systems can be built. The open and extensible nature of its design means that: > Software built upon it can be integrated across CORVUS platforms as well as other Open Standards platforms > Hardware built upon it can accept CORVUS software as well as other Open Standards software and parts This enables increased flexibility, through-life savings and helps to avoid vendor lock-in.
